These crocheted linen stitch gloves are pretty easy and fairly quick to make.
The cuff looks like knit rib, but it’s crocheted too. We promise!
Work the cuff first, then finish entirely in a spiral round, sectioning off stitches for the fingers. Want a closed fingertip? Simply work the fingers to your preferred length and then cinch them closed.
We prefer 100% wool or alpaca for these, but they can be made in any yarn weight or fiber you like. You make them to measure, so there’s very little counting of rounds.
Note: throughout the instructions, you can always alter the number of stitches as needed to accommodate the size of glove you are making.
