This is one gorgeous scarf.
Knit in 100% hand-dyed wool, with two symmetrical cables and three panels of seed stitch, this accessory whispers “old money.” The fringe is created with perfectly twisted ropes that add a little extra je ne sais quoi to what will be his (or her) new favorite neck wrap.
We recommend a fingering or lace weight yarn in a solid, marled, or speckled colorway for this scarf. Yarns with short color changes will mottle the crispness of the seed stitch and cables.
A video tutorial for making the rope fringe is linked with the pattern.
